The League has lost five teams for this season and only gained three new teams (Sporting Enfield, Evolution and the returning Upshire Reserves). That leaves 10 just teams in the Premier Division, 8 teams in Division One & 9 teams in Division Two, but they are hoping to add more new teams before the season actually starts.
Once again, the League Senior, Intermediate & Junior Cups will be contested as Divisional Cups for their respective divisions with Premier League teams going in the Senior, Division One teams in the Intermediate and Division Two teams in the Junior.
